As the subject explains, after upgrading to v6.4.2 build1723 (GA) when i click on the CLI Console (top right) opens but only shows Connection Lost...

I would recommend checking with TAC about it. I have not experienced the issue but I think it depends on your platform. I know someone who was using a 2200E that was having the same issue at least on 6.4.0 and 6.4.1, while I've never had it on 6.4.1 or 6.4.2 but I'm running a 1500D and some 60F
