CAN´T ACCCESS FORTIMAIL BY WEB

Hi I just installed a virtual fortimail and it was working fine but just a day ago I can´t access by Web, the user are fine because I can connect by ssh. I create a ticket with Fortinet, according to the update of the case the problem is the admin.fe proccess but when I run a diag sys top the proccees is not running, I just reinstalled teh image and teh problem persist.
