Built-in Domain Account

Hello I have FG 60C and it is integrated with my Active Directory. A build-in account (Administrator) in AD has been renamed to itadmin. I can' t access my fortigate using itadmin account. ping is working but the GUI is not loading. From the same machine, if i login with my domain user everything is working fine.

the same account is used for User DN under User --> Remote --> LDAP I dont know if this is the cause of my problem.
