I am working on a 30E with the built in local WiFi radio and although bridging is an option for the SSID I cannot for the life of me get it to advertise even with broadcast enabled. Tunneled works but I'd prefer bridging using the internal software switch. Any ideas?

In case you are using FortiWiFi 30E, Bridge SSID won't work. Please follow this document: https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-How-to-bridge-a-FortiWifi-SSID-to-a-wired-...

Thanks, I realized this during troubleshooting and deleted the default fortinet and guest wlans and associated bridge interfaces. I recreated the SSID in tunneled mode with 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 and it created a new interface as well. I then added the WLAN to the LAN internal switch where hard wired clients are connected and now all is good.
