Hello,
I'm interested in bridging my Lan to an SSID without using a software switch for the Lan ports (that obviously works, but has performance issues).
Now I have in place working "standard" configuration using Fortigate / FortiAP both on FortiOS 6.4 using a software bridge including the Lan ports and a specific SSID, while other SSIDs work in tunnel mode using their filtering rules.
I found an interesting post about it here using VLANs:

but some images are missing and I am not able to understand some details. Does anyone know how to do it?

If your FAP is connected on the LAN hard-switch, a bridge mode SSID should bridge WLAN clients to the LAN hard-switch.
Toshi
This is for sure, but this is not possible if your AP is on a different network. I'm looking for solution working in this scenario not using a software switch.
