Are you using FortiClient on the end machines?
Isn't this Trojan mentioned on the fortiGuard website? https://fortiguard.com/encyclopedia/virus/7896799/w32-kryptik-gkun-tr
You could use the Online scanner service to submit the file: https://fortiguard.com/faq/onlinescanner
Sidenote: I would recommend to isolate these infected machine from rest of the network to avoid further spread of infection.
IT WORKS FOR ME! After trying all the other methods I had seen online with no success, this actually worked for me. Tried SFC /scannow and complete system restore with no success. Thanks!!!
