Blue Screen Virus and Explorer.exe Virus

I am facing massive virus attack, its Blue Screen Virus and Explorer.exe Virus. 11 computers and 4 servers are effected.

I am using  fortigate 100 E with End-point telemetry license. Fortigate is unable to detect or delete viruses from network and computers.

Are you using FortiClient on the end machines?

Isn't this Trojan mentioned on the fortiGuard website? https://fortiguard.com/encyclopedia/virus/7896799/w32-kryptik-gkun-tr

You could use the Online scanner service to submit the file: https://fortiguard.com/faq/onlinescanner

Sidenote: I would recommend to isolate these infected machine from rest of the network to avoid further spread of infection.

IT WORKS FOR ME! After trying all the other methods I had seen online with no success, this actually worked for me. Tried SFC /scannow and complete system restore with no success. Thanks!!!
