Blocking an app when it isn' t supposed to?

I have FortiClient 4.1.0.124. Two days ago, I could no longer log into World of Warcraft. Oddly enough, my wife could log in with her account. After eliminating everything else, I shutdown the FortiClient and everything worked great. When it is on and everything is disabled (firewall in " pass all" but can' t be actually disabled), it blocks World of Warcraft logins. WoW.exe doesn' t show up in the Firewall: Applications list, and when I try to add it (or make any changes to anything else at all) I get " Cannot access target application!" Under General - Log View, I don' t see any entries corresponding with the activities in question. Short of shutting down FortiClient every time I want to play the game, I don' t know what else to do. Any suggestions?
