Block instagram

Dear all,

Newbie on firewalls, experimenting with Web/URL filtering with a Fortigate 200E.

I have read the following URL-Filter expressions but I can't block instagram completely,

the only thing I accomplished is blocking instagram.com but not the profiles/browsing, for example, instagram.com/natgeo and everything else is working fine.

What am I doing wrong?

Of course instagram is just one site but I might face the same issue on other sites so that's the reason I am looking for the right configuration.
