Block files which are must not!

Guys, I have problem with blocking files!

DLP profile contain *.RAR and *.PDF which are free to go but *.RAR is totally blocked!

With *.PDF worth thing, some of them are going inside and outside well, some are blocked!

Maybe with main extention (PDF or RAR) i must allow any other? For example CAB or Unknown file type?

It's interesting, yesterday i check one thing, i disable "Unknown filetype" and RAR are free to send and receive, and when i back it to configuration it's block again! But (!) when i enable to block specifically RAR it don't work, it's free to send and receive! It's very strange, we have that RAR blocked only as "Unknown file's" ONLY!

Anyone come across this?
