hello, i want to ask, i block a youtube.com , but i want a some ip address can access youtube.com, can i acomplish it with fortigate?

Refer to scenario 5. Although, it shows an older firmware version GUI, the concept is same in the newer release as well.

Dear Bro,

I got same problem with youtube, the first i block address "youtube.com", it's work, but when user use HTTPS://youtube.com, user still can access. HTTPS use SSL so i have to block SSL. But after that beside youtube, i can not access to other website with HTTPS://*** . It is my problem right now. Check guide below

If you block youtube from application control it works ok and it´s easier.
