Hello,

You may consider to use application control to block ultraviewer application (deep inspection is not required).

To block Ultraviewer on your Fortinet firewall, you can create a firewall policy to block traffic to and from the Ultraviewer application. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Create a new firewall address for Ultraviewer. Go to Policy & Objects > Addresses and click Create New. Enter a name for the address (e.g. Ultraviewer), and enter the IP address or range of addresses associated with Ultraviewer.

2. Create a new firewall service for Ultraviewer. Go to Policy & Objects > Services and click Create New. Enter a name for the service (e.g. Ultraviewer), and enter the port number or range of port numbers associated with Ultraviewer.

3. Create a new firewall policy to block traffic to and from Ultraviewer. Go to Policy & Objects > IPv4 Policy and click Create New. Set the Source and Destination to the appropriate values (e.g. Any for Source and Ultraviewer for Destination). Set the Service to the Ultraviewer service you created in step 2. Set the Action to Deny.

4. Save the new firewall policy.

By following these steps, you can block Ultraviewer on your Fortinet firewall. Note that this will block all traffic to and from Ultraviewer, so if you need to allow certain traffic you will need to create additional firewall policies to allow that traffic.
