Block Turbo VPN for Mobile Devices

Good afternoon community, I'm having trouble blocking Turbo VPN for mobile. I tried several methods to block it. However, I didn't get good results. I need your support.

Basically they said to do the following so it works:

• Block both application Turbo.VPN & ISAKMP
• Policy's inspection mode set to Proxy based
• Use deep inspection mode

However the article is a bit old (2019), so it may work or it may not, since I guess Turbo VPN has changed since then.

Here is how to block Turbo VPN from FortiGate:

In the web filter profile -> Potentially liable -> Proxy Avoidance -> Block

In the Application control profile -> Proxy -> set action Block -> Application override -> add turbo VPN signature -> set action Block

Please apply the web filter and application control properly in the firewall policy and please enable SSL inspection if necessary.
