Best way to connect Office and home office via two Fortigates

Hi,

Whats the best way to connect a "home office" to an office? The office has various VLANS with a FG80E and the home office has 1 VLAN with a FG30D. Both sites would need access to everything. 

Should I use a IPSEC VPN between them both? Do I only need to create the VPN on the office FG? Then obviously create rules allowing access to the different networks on each FG.
