Best practices for BGP and multiple VDOMs environment

Hello,

I would like to plan a new configuration on FGT Cluster on FortiOS 5.4 in which we will have BGP (dual hommed). I would like to have one VDOM instance dedicated for BGP routing, second one for management purposes (MGMT VDOM) and third for NGFW. So I have following questions according this scenario:

1. Is this recommended way to create 3 VDOMs in that case (separating resources for BGP)?

2. Is it possible to create software switch which will include physical interfaces and interVDOM link?
