Best practice to upgrade Fortigate Firewall upgradation in A-A mode

I have to upgrade fortigate Firewall's Firmware which is in Active - Active mode. Can you please suggest what the best practice is.

I strongly suggest to backup configuration of the Fortigate first before the upgrade.
And make sure you follow upgrade path.
