Best Fortigate Feature

Former Palo fan turned neutral here. I’m a huge fan of both ngfws now but know each have their pros and cons. That said, I’m curious what the group thinks are the differentiators on the gates that make their work days easier.

My top 3 :

converged network / security ( sd-wan function with full enterprise security stack )

switch controller (platform ie security fabric)

wlc ( shocker …another security fabric component)

If I could throw in one more it would be the soar lite with automation stitch capabilities.

Just curious what others see as huge differentiators.

The WebUI of course.

-User-friendly GUI. 

-Security Fabric.

-The upgrade process is easy if we compare it to other vendor firewalls.

-There are a lot of tools or cli commands for troubleshooting.

-You can find a lot of documents or how-to guides on the internet.

-The last one for me, is CLI.
