Basic SSL VPN Client and host checks

Can anyone confirm for me whether or not it is expected that the basic no license SSL VPN client supports host checks?

From my testing it appears that it does for what we are using, simple process running check, but I am trying to confirm. I have an email into my sales rep, but have not heard back and the last time we talked about this, it was implied that the licensed client was required.

Yes its supported 7.0.3 onward.
