Bandwidth usage based Load balancing

Hi Team,

I have 3 internet link with 10MB bandwidth each. Currently I am using the policy based route to use all 3 internet links. Now I am planning to use ICMP load balancing mechanism. Could you someone suggest me the best way of load balancing method to achieve the bandwidth based load balancing.
