Bandwidth Utilization email alerts

We would like to enable the Bandwidth Utilization email alerts in the firewall if the Bandwidth reach 60% and 80%.

I think this can't be done with FortiGate because I don't know an sys event of this kind.

But probably this can be done if you have FortiAnalyzer.
