Backup failed on FortiAnalyzer

Hello everyone,

I had a problem about backup on FortiAnalyzer. I use FortiAnalyzer 3000G with version 7.4.1. I try config backup with FTP and SFTP method but completely failed. I tested manual command but login denied. Can you help me how to troubleshoot ?

can you confirm the username password is correct?

Yes, my user and password are correct. I tried testing on winscp software

I would suggest to use FTP for testing, the reason being we can take a pcap while executing the backup commands and see if there are any errors.

execute backup logs <device name(s)| all> <ftp/sftp/scp> <ip> <user name> <password> <directory>
