BCF manager is not connecting- check your internet connection or proxy

Hi,

 

When i am trying to connect the BCF manager following error showing.

 

Error: if this BIMcollab address is correct check your internet connection,proxy and firewall

 

Tried the both proxy server address,Port number 8080

BIMcollab address: gmp.bimcollab.com

                           joint.bimcollab.com 

 

Firewall Model: Fortinet 90D

       

Please somebody help me to resolve the issue.
