Hi Community,
I have a weird issue since last thursday.
I have an Fortigate in Azure in HA active passive mode and Load Balancers.
From thursday evenning, my fortigate loss network connectivity each 10 minutes.
I have a continuous ping on a VM inside Azure to FGT. Each 10 minutes (precisely), ping is down for 15 seconds.
It's like if there was a schedule task (in FGT or in Azure).
Result is that all my SDWan tunnels shut down, all my SSL Vpn shut down.
I don't understand why my FGT loss network connectivity.
Has anyone already encounter this kind of issue?
Best Regards.

Hello,
I would recommend to sniff traffic on FortiGate side in order to isolate the issue. In case FortiGate doesn't receive traffic you may consider to sniff traffic on Azure side:

Hi Frederic-Chaussee,
Could you confirm if you are able to see any crashes during the time of issue. Is there any spike in CPU or memory when the issue happens.
You can check the crashes using the command diag debug crashlog read
Also, could you confirm if the network resumes on its own or if you are manually changing any settings to bring it up.
Please let us know the current version you are running and if you have done any recent upgrades.
Regards,
Vimala
