Azure VM FortiAnalyzer 7.2.5 data disk

Hello,

I have a new FortiAnalyzer on Azure cloud and I've attached 2 data disk 1024GiB each.

On LVM info I can see only the disk 1 with 1024G, why? I expected to see 2 disk with 1024.

Note: Another FortiAnalyzer on Azure with 2 disks (Disk 1 1024, disk 2 4096) are visible on lvm info

Hi @Christian80 ,

First of all, you need to make sure everything configured correctly at Azure level.

Then you can try the following steps:

1) exec lvm info

If you do not see the second disk, try the step 2.

2) exec lvm extend

It will reboot FAZ.  Once up, run "exec lvm info" again to see whether you can see the second disk.  It may show as "unused".

3) If you still do not see the second disk, you may try "exe format disk".

Hi,
I've tried the command 2 and 3 but nothing change: I'm able to see only the disk1 "used".

On Azure level I've configured the 2 disk with the same options

Then there might be something wrong while you added the second disk.  Could you please add it again?

From Azure disk monitoring the "disk operations" are the same, like from Fortinet side they were on a raid.
