Greeting to all!
Is there there a way increase timeout for SSL VPN if user has unstable connection?
For example user lost connectivity for 10 seconds, you can still see FortiClient is trying to send data to the tunnel, but he is no traffic back from the appliance and FortiClient closes the connection and trying to re-establish it.
This would't cause any problems but with MFA enabled, this will prompt users for second phase of authentication. (push notification, call, text, code from app)
config system global
set auth-keepalive enable <--- I guess it didn't solve the problem.
I was thinking to increase dtls-hello-timeout value to 30, but never found out, what it really does.
Any ideas ?
Thank you
