Yes, it is possible to advertise a default route from Azure to your MPLS environment via ExpressRoute. Here’s a high-level overview of how you can achieve this:

  • Set Up ExpressRoute: First, ensure that your ExpressRoute circuit is properly set up and connected to your Azure environment.
  • Advertise Default Routes: You can advertise default routes (0.0.0.0/0) to block all internet connectivity to virtual machines deployed within a virtual network and route all traffic out through the ExpressRoute circuit. Default routes are permitted only on Azure private peering sessions.
  • Configure Fortinet: Once the routing is set up, you can configure your Fortinet in Azure to handle the internet access for your MPLS branches
This what I can suggest you, may be helpful.
