Hi, we are having issues with the update of Avast business cloud when we apply filters or app control since the installation of the FORTIGATE 60D ( firmware 5.2.7).
I enabled the avast application in the policy and also created a few services with the information provided by Avast Support. They told me :
The client/cloud server communication is completed using the following ports. To ensure proper communication to the cloud portal please make sure all ports below are open and also the whitelisting of *.avast.com.
- http/80 (updates) - https/443 (FFL encryption key negotiation) - TCP, UDP/ 443, 53 for secure DNS - *.avast.com - 77.234.40.0/21 Update servers
I created a service with the open ports above and the addresses and also an addresses group with the *avast.com and avast.com* but still not working...
The strange thing is that when the computer is with some policy I dont see any block in the security log trying to update... but the update doesn't work... if I let the computer in an all to all policy the update works without any issue.
Ideas? :)
