Automation stitch reliability

Hello,

I created an automation stitch based on FAZ handler. When I check FAZ handler list I can confirm that the attach has been recognized, but the automation doesn't always start. I made two actions - send email and webhook to Teams, but it's not mentioned even in the FG GUI.

It does work sometimes, just it seems not to be reliable enough. Any idea how to debug or find more details?

Thanks

Robert

Hi @RobertC ,

As you said, it works sometimes. Then please try to specify the FortiGate that you want to trigger. In the usual case,  Root FGT.

Specify Root FortiGate in both "FortiAnlyzer Event handler" and in "Automation stitches"

As shown below in "FortiAnalyzer Event Handler"

In "Automation Stitches".  In this case, you need to specify your Root FortiGate. Below is just for sample piece.

This will speed up the selection process

 Hope that helps,

Kind Regards,
