Hi,
Isn't there still an option to automatically send the daily backup to an email if Forticloud is not active?
Thanks.

Hello @create_share ,
Unfortunately, there is no option for sending backup files via email.
Btw, this option is an unwanted option. Because email is not a secure channel for backup files.
You can get your backup file via FTP/SFTP/TFTP. After that, you can configure email notifications about this operation whether the backup operation is successful or not.
Outlook or Thunderbird could work great, The thing is what if one of the employees deletes their e-mails? IMAP will always sync with the server and delete any of the sent e-mails right? I've looked for a pop3 solution but Thunderbird won't save any sent mails from g-mail through pop3 https://mobdro.bio/ .
