Trying to setup authentication through Google. Everything seems to be setup correctly. Have followed numerous guides and get the same configuration.
When going on the internet IE: www.google.com, I see the web address redirected to gstatic.com and then to our Fortiauthenticator address, which just displays "An error has occurred". No other indications of what is wrong or ??
Direct captive portal page comes up just fine when using it. Just authentication through google is an issue.
Anyone have an idea where to look?

Hi Jasonhilt,
you can use https://[FAC-IP|FQDN]/debug/ pages to determine what's going on.
Or, once the error occur again, navigate to Logging/Logs section, use pull-down menu of "Debug Report" to collect the debug reports (in this case especially GUI,Authentication & System). Plus add config backup and raw log and open a support ticket.
Note correctly the firmware version and what sort of portal are you trying to setup (SAML or Social login via OATH), regardless those info can be dug out of the config ?
Also note date/time of the occurrence, the user name used in authentication attempt. If you do trigger that auth from FortiGate, this unit config might be helpful as well.
Best regards,
Tomas
