The problem we are facing is how to login into the fortiwifi device.
We put username: admin and password: leave blank as the manual instructed but it is not working. And it shows " Authentication failure", how can solve this problem?

I would like to reset the AP.
Ensure you're using the correct default credentials. If the issue persists, try a factory reset or contact technical support.
