I created a form of authentication directly through the firewall on behalf of people who are not certified by FSSO, have consultants who access my network for the development of a project and they sailed over the Internet by logging directly in FW, was displayed to them a FortiGate own login screen where they entered my username and password registered in AD, but a few days this authentication simply not appear. All these consultants, access my network, systems and shares which they need but can not navigate. To help them created an exception rule to their corporate e-mail and they work, but when I open the browser for navigation, nothing is displayed. I already have an open call in support, but they too slow to respond.
