Using a Fortigate (FG6H0E), I have an Audiocodes SBC configured within the DMZ to route to a Mitel MX One Server in the LAN (ports 6000-6399) and out to Teams (ports 8000 - 8399) - Can establish a successfull connection dialling out and in, however no voice!
Within my firewall config rules, I have a VIP setup between the SBC and external IP, allowing ports 5061, 8000-8399, 49152 - 53247, 3478 - 3481.
Allowing traffic from sip-all.pstnhub.microsoft.com to the SBC VIP on ports 8000-8399, 5061, 3478-3481, 49152-53241.
Allowing traffic between the DMZ and Mitel Server in LAN on ports 6000-6399, 5060.
I have run the following commands to Disable all SIP ALG:
config system settings
set sip-expectation disable
set sip-nat-trace disable
set default-voip-alg-mode kernel-helper-based
Looking at a Wireshark packet trace also, it looks like traffic coming in from the Internet to the SBC, is showing traffic coming from the DMZ Gateway IP and not the Microsoft Teams Rage of IPs, so I suspect the SBC is dropping that traffic?
Need some ideas!
