I need to open a ticket with my Fortinet account on behalf of a customer. The device is registered under my customer's account. Is there a way for my customer to associate my account with the device or his organisation so I can open the ticket on his behalf?

Your customer must login with the master account, then he goes to "My Account" > "Manage User" > "Add User", there he enters you account id, gives you "Limited Access" permission, then he selects the products on which you can open ticket.
