Assigning FortiClient Profiles By user or Group?

I was doing some initial testing with the Free FortiClient Licenses that came with our FortiGate. Under the assignment option you can choose device and user on the FortiGate. When it came time to purchase we bought 600 licenses with the FortiClient EMS, however under the EMS I have been reading through the admin guide, and looking all over the system and I can only find a way to assign profiles based on device, not user. We have some PCs that are shared by different users and want to be able to apply different profiles to each user. Specifically the web filter and application firewall.

Am I missing something or is this not possible?
