Assign static ip to clients in ip sec vpn Fortigate connection

Dear Expert,

I'm facing the problem to assign static ip to client that used ip sec vpn to my 201E fortigate.

Currently the assigning method while ip sec vpn establish is giving dynamic ip on dhcp pool ip (e.g: 192.168.100.0/24), whenever user connect, it will given the ip address with randomize ip address based the dhcp pool.

Can I assign each users to specific ip, even he/she reconnect the session the address will be same?

Your reply will help me very much. Thank you...

I'd say this is exactly what "reserved DHCP leases" are for. This will permanently connect a MAC address to an IP address.

The easiest way to do this would be to wait until the client connects and then check 'Monitor > DHCP Monitor'. Right-click to reserve this or any other (available) IP address.
