As a start you have to create a dedicated VLAN for AP management and make sure to enable "Security Fabric Connection" on that interface in FGT and create a DHCP scope. Make this VLAN as native VLAN on port 3 and 4 of the FSW (from Switch controller). The AP will find the FGT and will require to be authorized from FGT. FortiAP Profile may be needed to set your desired configurations.
Hello @Fikret ,
You can follow this document for how to register and manage FortiAP's with Fortigate.
Firstly you need to create a FortiLink interface for FortiAPs. If you already have you can use this (Fortigates comes configured this port). After that, you can connect a cable between this port and the switch port. If you create a special vlan for this connection. You just need to configure an access vlan port for these ports. If FortiAP and FortiLink port in the same vlan/broadcast domain, FortiAP will get an IP address automatically from Fortigate and will be manageable.
