Assign multiple FortiToken at once to multiple users on fortigate 7.2.x with LDAP

Hello,

We purchased about 1000 FortiTokens (Software) and want to assign them to our users. Instead of doing this manually I was hoping there was a way to assign these tokens to all our users at once. The Fortigate is running firmware 7.2.0 and we use LDAP to sync our users.

Hello Riggie,

this is not supported on Fortigate directly. 

With so many users and Fortitokens in place, you should probably consider switching to FortiAuthenticator where all this (and much more) can be automated using Remote User Sync Rules.

Notes:

-Your existing FortiToken Mobile license can be moved to FortiAuthenticator.
