Assign an FSSO user that is member of an FSSO group a different policy than group's policy

We have some users in FSSO groups that needs to be on a different policy than the FSSO groups's policy that they are a members of, for example,

We have an FSSO group name Purchases contains the purchase manager and people under him, i need to assign the purchase manger user a policy that is different from the purchases FSSO group's policy, is there a way to accomplish this?
