Ask - Make ACL for each interface

hi there,

kindly please help. I like to build database for all Mac address for each devices which being connected and was connected, then create some kind like ACL (access control list), and apply to some interface.

which main goal is, for device not listed on ACL, can't connected to certain interface(s).

is this possible?
