Unfortunately, it seems that currently, there is no publicly available confirmation or detailed roadmap indicating that FortiADC will receive gRPC security support similar to what FortiWeb offers. FortiWeb includes enhanced security for gRPC API traffic with protections such as signature scanning and rate limiting, specifically designed for gRPC over HTTP/2.
