We have Fortimanager 7.0.3 and have a mailserver setup with our O365 domain.
The test email works with no issues.
We have a workflow setup to use that server.
When a change request is made the approvers do not receive an email about the change.
A message trace account we used shows the successful test messages but no attempts for any workflow ones.
I am sure this is something stupid but I am new with this :p
