Application crashed

Why is this happening and what can be done to fix the error?

A Software bug? Not very surprising running 6.4.0 :)

HTTPSD is the web interface. If an instance crashes or gets killed, it's restarted immediately.

 

I would downgrade to 6.2.4, or give 6.4.2 a change if the box is in a lab environment.
