AppStore not working - FG 200 E
* Corporate users (iOS/iPhone/iPad/Mac etc.) in our network are not able to access App Store (error message attached at the bottom of the post) to download or update any applications.
* On the PC we were able to access the AppStore domain as "https://apps.apple.com/us/app/domain-names/id1494996884", However on the iPhone/iPad the same domain re-directed to App-store application, but the content doesn't load.
* Apple website had the article "https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT210060", we added the domains updated by Apple in the firewall rules - but still no luck.
* We applied an open policy (with no restrictions), the issue still persists.
* Furthermore we had a session with ISP, and even confirmed that nothing is blocked at their end.
Has anyone encountered this issue ? Can someone please help ?

Hi,
In the open policy, was all address allowed in the destination? If so nothing should have been blocked from firewall too. If not all addresses were allowed in destination, you could try adding the isdb containing appstore ip addresses like below,
Best regards,
Jin

Hi Jin,
Yes, ALL allowed and we've also tried with all addresses in the destination (internet service), it still didn't help.

Hi,
If all allowed in open policy, then its not that something getting blocked from firewall. If app store opens up through the same link without firewall, then you may need to check the network at packet level.
Best regards,
Jin
