Antispam-IP Problem

Hi can someone help me how to do that this type of email does not be Fortiguard black-ip ? thanks. Yo have a host of means but I think your looking for the whitelist, you can do this per receiving domain, user or global

Note sure or what your asking, but the fortinet sender reputation has score it as a 2. If your asking how to re-score the sender, than you need to address that with fortinet. If you asking how to bypass it, than a whitelist would be your best option. You can double check your logs by using the monitor> sender and finding the address in your log for 213.135.242.168 If you want to dispute the score, than you have to contact fortinet via ; mailto:removespam@fortinet.com
