AntiSpam Error Log Regex::Expression()

 

In a Day, few times, Anti-Spam Error log outputs following message.

 

Regex::Expression() error No Matching delimiter when parsing//(Byte String)

 

What's Error log meaning? and do I have to do anything?

 

Version v7.0.5

The most possible reason is one of the regex expression in your policy/rules is incorrect. Check the history logs for the specific event to identify the matching policies/rules and check if there is any regex. We may have to re-validate the expression.

I checked history logs, but I could not find any suspicious points at the times which arround errors. 


"parsing//(Byte String)"

The (Byte Strings) are like a "damaging photo" in our language.
