Always Up Dialup VPN using FortiClient with Device Authentication Only

Hello Fortinet Users, I'm looking for a Dialup VPN solution that connects Windows servers using FortiClient VPN automatically to a FortiGate VM. I'm considering the option to authenticate the Windows servers (device) automatically, excluding the user authentication. I need the tunnel up based on the server authentication, then I will implement another solution to authenticate the user in Windows through this VPN tunnel. Is this possible? If so, is this only possible using the device SSL certificate or a pre-shared key can be used? I'm planning to have this proposed to my manager. If it works, we might go ahead and deploy it across different remote servers and we will (might) use FortiClient EMS for the management of these clients. Please, contact me as soon as possible.
