Can you post a screen shot of the static URL filters you're using?

Facebook uses HTTPS so the URL filter will only see facebook.com (it gets this from reading the certificate CN)... you'll need to use SSL Deep Inspection to see the full URL

Using the static URL filter should work. Assuming you aren't blocking Facebook at all you can set up a rule for 'facebook.com' and block it. Then create another rule for 'facebook.com/XXXXXXXX' where the X's are the full page you want to allow and move that above your block rule.

The both configuration where tested whit all SSL Inspection options

1st conf

[link]https://www.facebook.com/...r/?fref=ts[/link] ==> Simple == > Allow ==> Enable

*facebook* ==> Wildcard ==> Block ==> Enable

2nd Conf

*facebook.com/lepoivronrouge.fr* ==> Wildcard ==> Allow ==> Enable

*facebook* ==> Wildcard ==> Block ==> Enable

Hello,

1)Enable ssl deep inspection in the policy

2)block fortiguard category-->Social networking

3)add an url filter for that facebook url with action  "exempt"

If this doesn´t work try this:

1)Enable ssl deep inspection in the policy

2)add an url filter for that facebook url with action  "exempt"

3)add an url filter for  *.facebook.com url with action  "block"

I hope this will help you

Regards
