Allowed websites not avaliable

Hi, i recently enable our Fortinet D60 to generate logs. And also set the Forticloud on.

At this moment our device are log only the ip from de devices connected, and soon we will set the active directory sync.

We have the TOP web user source by requests and top blocked websites by requests, but unfortunately the TOP ALLOWED WEBSITES BY REQUESTS dsnt show any data.

We have interest to see how much time the people spend in navegation and where they are navegating but for some reason that I am unaware of, such information is not displayed.

any idea how to solve this?

Do you have a webfiltering profile set to monitor applied to the lan to external policy?
