Allow access only category youtube

I Would know how allow access only a category of videos on youtube and deny the others category?

Create a ratings override for youtube and set the url to Custom Categories/custom1.  After this, create a Web Filter profile that blocks everything except for custom1.  Create a new firewall rule using this web filter profile.

Alternately or added to the above, you can create a new Application sensor with an entry set for "Vendor: Google" + "category: Video/Audio".
