Allow access by web filter overide

Hi all,

I want to allow access to www.9gag.com ,right now it been blocked by web filter under category other adult material

I try to allow access by config rating overides

as below

and then allow it in web filter profiles , but somehow it still block access to 9gag

any idea ?
